CATALYST PLANET's mission is to educate, inform and inspire audiences about the world through the lens of social consciousness and global citizenship. Through articles, videos and podcasts, we explore global destinations and cultures, examining the political, social and environmental issues that shape people's lives. Our reporting addresses critical challenges, including climate change, human rights, women's and girls' rights, global health, Indigenous peoples' issues, racial justice and activism.

A central part of our mission is to connect awareness with meaningful action. Our global social impact reporting highlights nonprofits, NGOs and grassroots organizations addressing the issues we cover. We feature their missions and impact, providing direct links so audiences can learn more, volunteer, donate and become involved. To date, we have featured more than 1,000 international nonprofits and social impact organizations, amplifying their work and connecting them with a broader global audience.

We believe travel can be a powerful force for positive change when it benefits local communities and environments. Through our sustainable travel marketplace, we connect travelers with responsible tourism experiences that support local businesses, create economic opportunities, preserve cultural heritage and contribute to environmental conservation. By promoting community-centered tourism, we aim to direct more tourism revenue into local economies, support sustainable development and help make travel a greater force for good.

CATALYST PLANET is a mission-driven social enterprise committed to placing positive social and environmental impact at the center of our business model. We commit to allocating at least 50% of our annual net profits toward advancing our social mission, including supporting independent journalism, amplifying nonprofit and grassroots organizations, and promoting sustainable, community-centered tourism. Through this commitment, we aim to ensure that our commercial success contributes directly to meaningful social and environmental impact.
